From the creatures of yesteryear, as tall as skyscrapers, to the menacing monstrosities present in contemporary monster movies like "A Quiet Place," Barnabas and Samael share their thoughts and knowledge of these beings in horror cinema. Also covered are trending Netflix film "Clown" and a creature in the Cult Corner that manages to terrify the terrible twosome to this day!!

Episode 4 - Gutting the Slasher Genre

The fang-tastic podcasting duo of Barnabas and Samael are back to discuss a topic that is near and dear to their no-longer-beating hearts: slasher movies! Specifically, they talk about the decline of the slasher sub-genre overall and lack of new, original slashers, but also posit ways to bring it back to the horror world.
